If you want to quickly and easily prepare a side dish and hot in one version, I suggest you a great option - meat with vegetables in the oven. The cooking process will be easy and hassle-free.
Any meat can be used: pork, beef, poultry. Today I propose to pay attention to the pork chop - this part of the carcass is completely fat-free, but the meat itself is quite tender and soft.
You can pick any vegetables. My version will be: Brussels sprouts, beans and peppers, carrots and onions. As for spices, you can also experiment here, focusing on your taste.

Ingredients:
Pork - 350 g
Champignons - 150 g
Brussels sprouts - 150 g
Bulgarian pepper - 100 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Green beans - 150 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Immediately turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Peel carrots and onions. Wash vegetables in cool water, dry. Cut the carrots into small sticks or cubes, the onion into cubes / half rings. Transfer vegetables to a bowl.
Wash the mushrooms, dry, remove the top layer from the caps if desired. Cut the mushrooms into plates, if they are small, leave whole. Add champignons to carrots and onions.
Then add Brussels sprouts and green beans to the vegetables.
Peel the bell peppers, rinse and chop coarsely. Transfer the slicing to the rest of the vegetables.
Rinse pork, pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into small pieces, add to the vegetables.
Season all ingredients with spices. Mix. Vary the amount of spices to your taste.
Grease an oven dish with oil, transfer meat and vegetables into it. Bake the dish for 25-30 minutes. After a while, remove the sample.
