This apple pie can be baked all year round - during the new harvest season, on fast days, and for a friendly tea party. A crispy basket is filled with tender, scented cinnamon-soaked, baked apple slices. Nice, simple and tasty.

Ingredients:
Flour - 180 g
Sugar - 60 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Soda - 0.5 tsp l.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp l.
Water - 100 ml
Apples - 2 pcs.
Cinnamon to taste
Step by step recipe:
To bake an open lean pie with apples (or other fruits), take the food listed.
Baking soda can be replaced with baking powder. Quench it with vinegar or lemon juice until foamy. And throw the baking powder immediately, dry into flour.
Any refined vegetable oil with a neutral aroma is suitable. Form - 22-25 cm in diameter.
First, mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, half granulated sugar (30 grams). Many add a pinch of salt.
Separately pour soda with lemon juice or vinegar, extinguish.
Add drinking water, slaked soda to the flour.
Pour in vegetable oil. We knead the dough with our hands. Vary the amount of water or flour as needed.
The dough should be soft, oiled, slightly sticky. Don't make it tight, hard, or stiff. Let the texture flake, crumbly.
Without using a rolling pin, use your fingers to pull out the dough with a thin flat cake in a baking container. We raise the low board. Make sure that the thickness of the basket is uniform. Then the quiche itself will be baked evenly.
Cut sweet and sour and strong apples into slices. We lay them in a circle along the side and fill in the middle.
Sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixed with ground cinnamon. We bake a lean apple pie in the oven (preheated) for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Cool it down.
