I am telling you how I make delicious oatmeal pancakes (rolled oats). The husband and daughter are delighted with them, and I also liked them, so I want to give you a recipe too.
Ingredients:
Milk
Oat flakes
Eggs
Salt
Sugar
Oil
Baking powder
So, we wash 1 cup of oatmeal (rolled oats) 2-3 times in cold water, then fill it with hot milk, but not boiling, and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Milk will need 500 ml.
Immediately I want to say about the oatmeal. Do not take instant cereals, from which the pancakes will not be tasty, and the consistency of the dough will be different. You need exactly rolled oats, that is, flakes that need to be boiled.
Then beat the mass with a blender until smooth. If there is no blender, then a mixer will do, the main thing is to stir the mass well until smooth.
Next, drive in two eggs, put 2 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, how much baking powder. Stir the dough until smooth, pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
If the dough is thick, add some more milk. Fry oat pancakes as usual in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil. I recommend adding very little oil to the pan.
From the specified number of ingredients, 12-16 pancakes will turn out, depending on the diameter of your pan. Bon appetit my dears!
