This is not a real recipe, there will be no mascarpone or cream or cookie "Savoyardy".

I separate the yolks from the whites from 6 eggs, and I need only two proteins. Dishes must be clean and dry.

The yolks pour 50 ml milk, adding 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. I stir and put on fire, let the whole mass will thicken slightly. Is set aside to cool down the yolks.
