For those who are fat from childhood, the struggle with excess weight is an eternal struggle with oneself.

My life as an eternal thinner has consisted of ups and downs. Takeoff is a short-lived result of another diet. And falling is a return to regular food and even more weight gain. The usual cycle of fat in my life. Probably this happens to many who tend to gain excess weight.

For a long time I could not break out of the vicious circle until I realized that I had to look not for another diet, but change everything. Change your attitude towards food first. To understand with your head that you need to control your nutrition, then there will be health and harmony.

And I came to counting calories, to their deficit, to proper nutrition (truth without fanaticism, worship of celery and without bananas with potatoes and many other really healthy foods).

Slowly but surely I got rid of 60 extra pounds! And if I could, so can you!

Don't start with a diet, start with a head.

This morning I had a strange feeling of weakness.

I decided that I needed to drink coffee today, although I excluded it from the diet. But I drink coffee only with milk and sugar, and since I also excluded pure sugar, I decided to replace it with a sweetener and added 100 ml of milk.

Today I have a PP cake for coffee (180 g, I recently shared the recipe with you, I will also leave a link in a reminder, it is very good and quickly prepared).

It turned out breakfast for 330 kcal.

Do not forget to add KBZHU milk, which we add to tea or coffee - these are also calories and for a day of such uncontrolled additions of a little milk can collect 200 kcal, or even more (depending on who drinks how much tea and how much he adds to him milk).

Oddly enough, the oatmeal cake gave me long-lasting satisfaction, not like porridge in the morning.

After breakfast, I did a little work, redid some household chores and ran to the store for bread, apples and a piece of meat for cutlets. Today I will have chicken cutlets with cottage cheese, and mine are ordinary cutlets - as they like.

I had a snack with fruit - an apple (130 g) and a kiwi (70 g) - 100 kcal.

There are 2 kiwis on the plate, but after trying one, I realized that it was not very good and had to say goodbye to it 😒.

After a snack, I twisted the meat and breast into minced meat.

Remind you of the recipe for cutlets with cottage cheese? Rather, I'll tell you how I cooked them this time, since I almost never follow the ingredients of my own recipes, I always change something, supplement it, look for new tastes.

This time I took 2 chicken fillets (610 g), a pack of cottage cheese (300 g - the cottage cheese should not be sour and too liquid), 1 chicken egg.
I put in the following spices - salt, black pepper to taste, generously dry garlic and an all-purpose vegetable seasoning. This time I did not add greens.
I kneaded the minced meat, it turns out to be a little watery and it is better to sculpt cutlets with wet hands. Fried on an electric grill without adding oil.
KBZHU turned out per 100g: K - 146, B - 24.4, F - 4.9, U - 1.4.

My lunch is 160 g of boiled buckwheat and 170 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese. Plus 120 g of cucumber.

Went out lunch on 435 kcal.

For dinner, I finished the chicken drumstick left over from yesterday (120 g - the weight of meat), and cut a salad of cucumber and tomato (total weight 200 g) to the drumstick, which I filled with 50 g of sour cream 10%.

Went out dinner for 305 kcal.

I have already said that we have an early dinner - at 17 o'clock and this has nothing to do with the myth about the dangers of dinner after 18 o'clock. This is due only to the schedule of our family.

Since dinner is early, I drink green tea with dried fruits in the evening. Today I ate 10 g of almonds and 50 g of Iranian dates - this is 150 kcal.

The last meal should be 3 hours before bedtime.

And my day turned out to be 1320 kcal. For a few days I will try to sit at 1300, because I exceeded my calorie intake on weekends.

I know that many of you drink green tea like me. I drink with jasmine, but sometimes I indulge in, for example, milk oolong, and I also found green tea in stocks with various additives.
So, I have a transparent teapot, and when I brew ordinary green tea without additives, the tea leaves are transparent. But it is worth brewing oolong tea or some kind of green tea with additives - the brew becomes cloudy, as the milk is added.
Have you noticed something like this in yourself? It already seems to me that there is a conspiracy everywhere or various additives to tea give a similar dreg to the tea leaves?)

Yesterday I was asked how my window garden is doing.

I'm telling you. I have a chili pepper blooming and smelling (smells very nice, I must say), which grew from the seeds of a purchased pepper.

Onions grow with might and main on greens.

But arugula and dill rose, but somehow they grow poorly, they lack the sun - it's cold outside, they had to return home from the balcony to the window, and it's dark for them there.

By the way, I spied on growing onions for greens in an egg box on the Internet, it turned out to be very convenient - no land, they sit for themselves onions in their cells, just add some water.

So far, this is my window garden.
