Yes, this is possible!
While someone is trying to walk in circles, trying the next newfangled diets - I count calories and lose weight. And with me, the majority of subscribers who decided to try and realized that everything turns out great for them, and there is no need to starve and eat grass, are losing weight.
Although maybe someone likes to pretend to be a victim and a heroine - "I lost 500 kcal a day and ate only vegetables." In such cases, I want to add "and was left without hair, with a terrible condition of the skin, nails, with nervousness and without a gallbladder" and a bunch of sores stuck. But the heroine, right? And how quickly will the weight return to that very heroine?
I do not wish this to anyone. And I wish you a rational approach to losing weight and a balanced diet.
Let me remind you that I started my journey in May 2018 at a weight of 132 kg (what a horror !!!), switching to proper nutrition (about PP) and a calorie deficit. And already I managed to say goodbye to 58 extra pounds.
I have already achieved the goals that I set for myself several times. At first I wanted to lose at least 100 kg. When I succeeded, I wanted more. I wanted to get up to 80 kilograms.
And now my weight is already 73.6 kg and I am still going my own way to harmony.
Appetite comes with eating, and so do I. Until I see in the mirror the result that suits me, I will not stop. After all, now I know for sure that everything is possible.
I'll move on to my menu for today.
Today I overslept and got up already half past nine. I was terribly hungry.
Many people say that they cannot have breakfast - nothing comes in in the morning. It was like that for me too. Before. But when I rebuilt my diet, breakfast began to come in just like that in the morning, and preferably more caloric.
When, ideally, the calorie content of meals decreases in the evening, and you have dinner early and go to bed late, then in the morning you will feel a wild appetite.
Usually, waking up at 7 o'clock in the morning - I already want to eat, especially after a perfect dinner with salad and something protein.
And today, having slept for an hour and a half, I could "eat an elephant for breakfast." And as ill luck would have it, there was nothing to eat right away.
He warmed what was - baked potatoes (110 g) and baked chicken thigh (60 g of meat from a thigh) remained. And for some reason I put 35 g of carrots.
Breakfast was 230 kcal. And with green tea I ate 20 g of bitter 75% chocolate - 110 kcal.
Total - 340 kcal.
I agree, the breakfast is not very good. But that's how it happened.
After breakfast I went for a walk on business. It's good that you can combine business with a walk. Fast paced - and here's to you physical activity.
When I returned, I had a snack with fruit - persimmon 130 g and kiwi 100 g - total 135 kcal.
Yesterday I cooked PP with my lasagna for dinner, and left it for myself for lunch.
300 g PP lasagna - 440 kcal. How delicious it is!
Since I did not dare to leave such a hearty dish as lasagna for dinner, and I had cooked pumpkin cheese soup, I ate the soup for dinner.
A plate of pumpkin cheese soup (400 g) - 350 kcal.
In total, 1265 kcal were obtained in a day.
Every day I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and then before each meal a glass (about 15 minutes). And during the day, at will, I finish my norm (30 ml per 1 kg of weight).
I do physical education at home (plank, fitness tape, abs, swings) and try to walk at a fast pace.
Yesterday I read your comments about carbohydrates in the evening and it turned out that most are not at all afraid of carbohydrates at night.
Someone eats fruit, someone a few slices of chocolate, someone even a candy. And nothing, the process is going on!
It turns out that not everything is as scary as they try to imagine.
