Important! We use only whole grain bread for a snack useful. Useful wholegrain hlebushek (slow saturating us carbohydrates) can bake yourself - recipe link.
So bruschetta.
✅We will need 7-8 small bruschetta:
- Whole-grain bread (home use, freshly baked or buy in the store whole wheat bread, rye is better - a hlebushek will be useful for us)
- 1 medium boiled beet - 180 g,
- suluguni or Adyg can use low-fat semi-hard cheese - 75-80 g,
- 2 chicken boiled eggs,
- salted red fish (my home-salted chum salmon) - 100 g,
- cream 10% - 30 g
- garlic cloves steam.
