Ingredients:
Dough:
Flour - 400 g
Milk - 250 ml
Egg - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Dry yeast - 1 tsp l.
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Yolk for greasing pies - 1 pc.
Filling:
Champignons - 200 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Salt, hot pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To bake delicious and fluffy mushroom patties, take the foods on the list. By the way, recipe yeast dough is suitable for different fillings. For example: fish, mushroom, meat, curd, cereal, vegetable, fruit and berry.
I recommend entrusting the most laborious process - kneading the dough with yeast - to a bread maker or other suitable kitchen unit. Pour liquid products into the bucket first: milk, egg, vegetable oil. Conveniently, you don't need to heat milk yourself. The program will do everything, setting the optimal temperature for kneading and raising the dough.
Pour in flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast. We start the batch mode. We return to the test in an hour. At this time, you can completely prepare any filling.
In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, golden onions chopped into cubes. Toss garlic, hot chili if desired. Then we spread the chopped champignons.
Stir and fry until all moisture evaporates. At the end, season the mixture with salt and ground pepper. Cool it down. Remember, the hot filling will break the dough.
So, our yeast dough for pies with mushrooms is soft, plastic, homogeneous and "alive".
Divide the big ball into 15-17 koloboks of equal weight. Press the balls with a thick flat cake, spread the mushroom filling (cooled) in the center.
We make oval blank pies. We transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment, laying out in rows with a distance. Cover with a cloth towel and let sit warm for 20-30 minutes.
Grease the grown workpieces with egg yolk shaken with a spoonful of water or milk. We bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Cool ruddy pastries under a towel for another 10-15 minutes.
We serve airy baked pies with mushrooms to the table.
