Bananas - 4 pcs.
Condensed milk - 5 tablespoons
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Peel bananas from the top layer, cut into small circles, place in a plastic container. Close tightly with a lid and load into the freezer. The fruit should freeze well, it will take several hours, you can do it overnight.
Transfer the frozen fruit to a blender bowl, beat at the highest speed for 3-4 approaches. If the banana is difficult to chop, let it sit for a few minutes to thaw the top layer.
After beating, you should have a thick and viscous mass.
Pour in the required amount of condensed milk.
Beat the ingredients with a blender again. The mixture will become thinner.
Pour the resulting composition immediately into special ice cream molds. If you do not have such forms, any containers will do. Leave about 100 ml of the bulk in the blender bowl. Pour cocoa into it. Whisk to make a chocolate ice cream mass.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a separate mold. Load the resulting blanks into the freezer for 6 hours.
After removing from the freezer, let the treat stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to melt a little.
