This vegetable cream is chic in that it contains vitamin B 17 (prevention of neoplasms).
Ingredients:
1. Apricot kernels - a handful
2. Water - half a glass
3. Honey - 1 tsp (without it)
Preparation
We take apricot kernels (it is better to get them ourselves from apricot kernels, as they contain even more valuable substances), soak in water at room temperature overnight (be sure to soak all nuts, seeds, kernels in water).
In the morning we drain the water (harmful substances have gone into it), and pour the "awakened" apricot kernels into the blender container, add warm water and honey (or another sweetener, or without everything). If you wish, you can also add a pinch of turmeric (for the good of the case).
Beat for about a minute, filter through a strainer and our apricot cream is ready (if you add more water, you get apricot milk, which also has great nutritional value). You can make both cream and milk (easy to store in the refrigerator).
