Eat and not get fat, but even lose weight

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of57kg.

So the day has come when it's time to take stock of the holiday festivities and see how much we ate these days, or maybe, on the contrary, someone lost weight?

Before the holidays, my last check weigh was 74.6.

Today is January 10, this is the picture on the scales:

I have a feeling that I have caught a plateau, because even before the New Year holidays, the weight was marking time. But then I blamed everything on a long cold (the consequences of which, by the way, still remain).

In addition, the control weighing failed on certain days, when the body accumulates water.

But the feeling that this plateau does not leave me. Well, let's wait it out. I am not going to do something like the last time when the weight was standing and did not want to decrease.

I could not eat, you yourself saw that for the most part I fit into a deficit, and fat does not accumulate as quickly as it seems to us.

I will continue to track and stick to my 1300 calories deficit.

For today my menu is as follows.

For breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs, fried without butter, 35 g of whole grain bread and 30 g of low-fat cheese.

And nowhere without green tea.

Breakfast turned out to be 365 kcal.

I worked at the computer, ran to the store and had a snack.

For a snack, I prepared myself an envelope of pita bread (2 g), in which I wrapped 30 g of tomato and 35 g of fish paste. I drank green tea and went on to work.

The snack came out on 160 kcal.

Yesterday I cooked a light pickle, which will now delight me for several days at lunch.

So today for lunch I just warmed 450 g of pickle, added 25 g of 10% sour cream and cut off 25 g of whole grain bread. It turned out lunch for 230 kcal.

An hour after lunch I drank green tea and ate 20 g of bitter 75% chocolate - 110 kcal.

All the same, light soups fly quickly and do not leave a trace of satiety for a long time.

For dinner today we have a potato quiche with mushrooms (150 g) and a chicken breast under a vegetable coat (100 g).

And I also finished half of the soft curd that was left after cooking dinner (60 g).

Total for dinner turned out 365 kcal.

And in a day it accumulated 1230 kcal.

I drink a lot of water, I want to expel excess water from the body (if any) in order to understand whether I have a plateau or not.

After the comments like "where did the sagging skin go" again appeared, I realized that I had not reminded about the need to take care of your skin in an enhanced mode if you begin to lose weight (especially with a large weight).

On a small deficit, we lose weight rather slowly and the skin has time to tighten. And care, even at home, will be a good helper for the skin. I do body wraps, scrubs, dry brush massage, take salt baths, contrast showers, use vitamins A and E in liquid form (add to body milk).
