Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 700 g
- frozen vegetable mix (Mexican) - 400 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- lard - 100 g
- milk - 150 ml
- white bread - 2 slices
- dill - bunch
- salt to taste
- ground pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the bread. Break 2 pieces of white bread or loaf into smaller pieces and fill with milk.
2. While the bread is soaking, prepare the minced meat.
Cut 100 g of lard into smaller pieces.
We also cut 700 g of chicken breast into pieces.
3. Using a meat grinder, twist the meat and lard into minced meat.
Drain the excess liquid from the bread. We also twist the soaked loaf through a meat grinder.
4. Grind a small bunch of dill.
5. Break four eggs into a bowl and beat them a little with a fork.
6. Add 400 g of frozen vegetable mixture to a bowl to the twisted meat. You do not need to defrost it. Add prepared eggs and chopped dill to this.
Salt everything to taste and pepper.
7. Mix everything first with a spoon, and then with your hands.
8. Put a sheet of foil folded in half on a large baking sheet from the oven. Grease the foil on top with vegetable oil.
Put the prepared minced meat with vegetables on the foil. Form an oblong loaf from the minced meat. You should try to make the mince loaf narrow and high.
9. Tuck the edges of the foil so that the liquid that will flow out during baking does not spread over the baking sheet.
10. We put everything in the oven preheated to 220 degrees. We bake for about 50 minutes.
11. Take the finished roll out of the oven and let it cool.
Cut the cooled roll into portions and serve.
