Today we are preparing gorgeous, delicious-tasting Korean-style tomatoes for the winter. To say that this version of the preparation turns out to be tasty, to say nothing - the appetizer is simply incomparable. It is obtained with a rich taste, there is a whole "bouquet" here - a sweetish note, sourness, aroma of garlic and dill. But the most important taste is given by the Bulgarian pepper, so it should not be replaced with ordinary pepper.
The workpiece must be sterilized. It is better to store in a cellar or a cool room.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 350 g
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Vegetable oil - 70 ml
Vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons
Dill - 8 branches
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Description:
Prepare all the necessary food and a 0.5 liter jar. The container must be washed thoroughly, sterilized in a convenient way - in the microwave, in the oven or over steam. Boil the lid in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and remove all partitions, wash, cut arbitrarily.
Put the sliced pepper into the bowl of a kitchen blender. Next, prepare large chives. Clean them and rinse, dry. Add the cloves to the bowl along with the washed dill.
Grind the contents of the bowl on high power. Add oil and vinegar, salt and sugar to it.
Repeat grinding for a couple of seconds.
Choose tomatoes that are dense, without flaws. Wash them well, dry and cut each into 4 wedges.
Fill a sterile jar with tomatoes and the prepared dressing.
Next, sterilize the workpiece for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils - do not forget to cover the bottom of the pan with a piece of cloth.
After a while, seal the jar tightly and put it upside down, wrap it up and leave for a day. Store the workpiece in the cellar.
You can serve Korean-style tomatoes to any side dishes or meat, poultry, fish.
