Jars with bright tomato slices will become especially relevant in winter. You will have an almost ready-made snack on the shelves. After opening the jar, just put the juicy vegetables on a plate and serve. And if you are going to the forest in winter to fry kebabs, for example, such tomatoes will be just an excellent snack that you can eat right from the can.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 350 g
Water - 300 ml
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
Parsley - 2 sprigs
Sour apple - 0.5 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Also take a half-liter jar at once. Choose ripe tomatoes, no damage or dents, dense.
Since we are preparing a snack for the winter, the most important thing is to carefully prepare the container. Wash the jar with soda, then send it to the oven or steam it. Boil the lid for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Wash the tomatoes well.
After that, cut small specimens in half, larger ones into 4 slices. The main thing is not to be too small.
Place a few sprigs of parsley at the bottom of the prepared jar.
A sour apple will give the tomato slices a pleasant flavor. Toss a couple of apple slices over the parsley.
Fill a jar with tomatoes, just don't tamp them tightly.
Prepare the marinade separately. Dissolve salt and sugar in water, boil for half a minute, and when the crystals dissolve, remove the container from the heat, immediately pour in vinegar. Now pour the marinade into the jar instantly.
Add a spoonful of vegetable oil.
Sterilize the tomatoes for an additional 15 minutes. Do not forget to put a piece of fabric or a special rug at the bottom of the pan.
After a while, roll up the jar hermetically, put it upside down - check if the marinade is leaking. In the same position, wrap the workpiece, leave for a day.
After the time has passed, transfer the jar of tomatoes to the pantry.
