I cut the cabbage into inflorescences, not very finely.
Boil cabbage in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.
I take out the colored caste. Until I turn off the water in which the cabbage was boiled, let it boil over the smallest fire.
I heat a frying pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil, pour in the flour and, stirring constantly, bring it to a light golden color. It will take a minute - one and a half time.
The note! You can take any flour: wheat, rice, corn. I have rice.
I pour cabbage broth into the flour (which I did not turn off) and brew the flour. I constantly stir with a spoon.
I add cream, stir.
Immediately add chopped garlic, ginger, black pepper and salt. I bring it to a boil, turn it off. Delicious sauce is ready.
The note!Instead of cream, you can use kefir, sour cream or natural yogurt.

I put the cauliflower in one layer in a baking dish, pour the sauce on top. I distribute it evenly.
Sprinkle with cheese and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
