Granny yesterday brought us a half a bucket of ripe cherries! Part postponed - eat fresh, and the rest - for recycling. Today, I cook jelly without cooking. The recipe is very simple, so rather burn!
Preparation:
First write proportions. 2 kg of cherries, we need 1 kg of sugar. From this, you can easily calculate how much sugar is necessary for you on the amount of berries that you have.
My cherries and remove the seeds. Troublesome, of course, but nowhere to go. I am using for this the usual hairpin, so I feel most comfortable.
Cherry put into a blender and milled until uniform. Then add sugar and again turn on the blender.
We reserve the cherries with the sugar for 15 minutes, so the sugar is completely dissolved. Then expanded in jars or containers. Store in the refrigerator under a sealed lid.
