As I wrote, I love fish. And today my recipe - a herring hee in Korean. You should definitely try this fish, it turns out fantastically delicious. In addition, I feed the fish at the festive table, guests always love it!
Preparation:
So, for herring in Korean will need two fresh-frozen fish. Thawed it, cut off the tails and heads, cut into fillets, cut into pieces and fill 9% vinegar (150 mL).
Now put the fish into a press for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables. Cut into rings or half-rings 200 g of onion and shinkuem grater Korean carrots 200g carrots.
Next, merge with the fish for about half or slightly more fluid. Adding to the herring prepared carrot and onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic, squeezed through a press.
Also add 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar, 40 ml of soy sauce, and the same vegetable oil.
Put spices. A pinch of black pepper, coriander to taste, you can add a tablespoon of sesame. You can also use a special seasoning for Korean carrot.
