✅👌 Beets are a healthy and tasty vegetable, but like many other vegetables, they are less tasty when raw than boiled or baked. Most often, this vegetable is used for making salads. And, of course, the most famous salad where beets are used is "Herring under a fur coat." But there are also many other faster and no less tasty beetroot salads.

✨And today I want to offer you a recipe for my favorite and probably the simplest beetroot salad. And that's how I cook it.

📕 Ingredients for making salad: 🥙

Boiled beets - 2-4 pcs.
Any hard cheese - 50-80 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Salt, ground black pepper, spices - to taste
Greens - to taste
For dressing, you can use mayonnaise or sour cream.

First we need to prepare the beets. You can simply boil it in a pot of water. Another option is to bake in the oven, wrapping each root vegetable in a separate sheet of foil, and I like it this way. how to cook beets, it turns out much juicier and tastier, so much time is spent on cooking same. And some still manage to cook beets in the microwave, I have never tried it, but I think you can also try.

Cool the prepared beets, peel and cut into thin strips or simply rub on a coarse grater.

We also rub any hard cheese on a coarse grater, although, in principle, it also turns out delicious with processed cheese. A block of processed cheese should be slightly frozen beforehand, so it will be easier to grate it. Add the grated cheese to the bowl with the beets.

It remains the case for small, add the garlic passed through the press, salt, pepper to your liking.

As a dressing, I add mayonnaise, but if it seems too harmful and greasy to you, you can use sour cream, or, for example, natural Greek yogurt.

Mix everything and the salad is ready to serve! And how tasty it turns out, in addition to meat dishes, that’s it. Try it, it's fast and cheap.
