How to cook

Zucchini wash well and cut into cubes. You can cut it in a different way, of course, but I'm so used to it)) And it's so convenient to eat later.

Transfer the sliced ​​zucchini to a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Chop greens with a knife, garlic - through a press. Or you can also cut it.

I mix it all and leave it on the table for about 3 hours.

Then I transfer the prepared zucchini to clean jars. I usually use liter.

I cover the banks with lids. I put it in a pot for sterilization. I always put a towel at the bottom of the pan so that the jars don't burst. I pour warm water up to the shoulders of the cans. And I sterilize for 7-8 minutes.

Then I tighten the lids tightly and leave the jars under a warm blanket until they cool completely.

• Vegetable oil - 120 ml
