A drink such as fruit drink can be prepared from various berries or fruits. There will be no difficulties with its preparation. And the result is a very tasty, light and healthy drink. You don't need to cook fruit drink. It is enough just to bring it to a boil or pour boiling water over the berry puree. With prolonged cooking, all useful vitamins will go away.

Many different fruit drinks are sold in stores. But homemade will be more tasty and healthy. Lingonberry is one of the most popular berries for this drink.

Ingredients:

  • Lingonberry - 200 gr.
  • Water - 1.5 liters.
  • Sugar to taste

Prepare all the ingredients needed to prepare the lingonberry juice. Lingonberries can be used fresh or frozen. There is no need to defrost them before cooking.

If fresh berries are used, then they must first be washed in running water and all leaves must be removed. Be sure to iterate over to exclude spoiled copies.

Put the berries in a saucepan in which the fruit drink will be prepared, and chop them in puree using a hand blender or mash with a crush.

Pour berry puree with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

There is no need to add sugar during the cooking phase.

Strain the present fruit drink through a sieve.

Add some sugar to the strained drink to taste. For such an amount of berries and water, 3-4 tablespoons are usually enough. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Considering that the fruit drink is still warm enough, it will dissolve very quickly.

Lingonberry juice refreshes and tones well. It can be consumed hot during the winter season. It is even allowed to add a little spice during the cooking process. Perfectly warms and helps with colds. And in the summertime, you can throw a few pieces of ice into such a drink to cool off.
