Pork ribs in foil in the oven - to say that they are always divinely tasty is to say nothing. The aroma and taste of this hearty and gastronomic dish is simply impossible to convey in words, you just need to try.

There are a lot of variations in the preparation of ribs, marinades can be invented endlessly. A mixture of soy sauce, honey and mustard is a classic, and what is the result of citrus marinade with orange juice, honey, spices - you can go crazy, believe me, well, and where without a delicious marinade based on tomato sauce with garlic and greens.

You can serve pork ribs with anything - light vegetable salad, pickles, while men will appreciate the addition in the form of baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

Pork ribs - 350 g

French mustard - 1 tablespoon

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Spices for ribs - 1 tbsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Description:

1. Prepare food. Use only fresh ribs, not frozen. Choose spices yourself, ready-made sets have been sold for a long time in the departments with spices and seasonings. You will also need grain French mustard, which is sweet and very tasty.

2. Wash the ribs under cool water, dry with paper towels. Shake them with salt.

3. Then rub in the spice mixture well.

4. Grease the ribs with mustard on all sides. If there is no grain, take honey or American.

5. Next, coat the pork with honey. It is advisable to use liquid honey, but if you have sugared honey, melt it in a water bath beforehand.

6. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the ribs on all sides for 20 seconds - the fire should be maximum. Transfer the fried meat to foil and seal. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

7. After a while, serve pork ribs to the table.
