Today I want to offer you to cook a very tasty and quick recipe. Any rice is suitable for cooking, but if you want to get exactly crumbly as a result, it is better to use parboiled or long-grain. Add spices to the recipe - dry garlic, ginger, salt, pepper. Also, here we will definitely use vegetables, you can choose any combinations that you like. When serving, you can sprinkle the finished rice with soy sauce, if you like, add a couple of drops of Tabasco - you get a dish with a twinkle.
You can serve Thai rice with an egg to the table on your own, for example, for lunch. Add vegetables or fish or poultry if you like.
Ingredients:
- Rice - 0.5 cups
- Water - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Mix of vegetables - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste
Prepare everything according to the list. Then you need to measure out the specified amount of rice and water.
Drive the chicken egg into a bowl, shake with a fork.
Take a handy large skillet, pour over the rice and add a serving of warm water. Cook, covered for 12-15 minutes, until the cereals are fully cooked.
Add some vegetables to the rice. I have the following composition: peas, corn, carrots, green beans.
Then pour the egg into the pan. Add salt, pepper and dry garlic. Add a spoonful of oil.
Make the fire more, with active stirring, bring the rice with eggs until cooked. Be sure to take a sample.
Serve the finished dish.
