Cooking salad with raw beets and carrots. To soften the vegetables a little, add a juicy apple to them, preferably green varieties. Cut all components into strips on a special grater. The salad is dressed with low-fat sour cream, when served, it is supplemented with walnuts.
The dish is very useful for the body, saturates it with the necessary vitamins. And if you use such a salad on an empty stomach, without supplementing with other food, then it will perfectly cleanse the intestines of harmful microorganisms. The only thing is, you shouldn't do this very often. The salad will also help you lose weight or shape your figure.
Ingredients:
- Beets - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Green apple - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Walnuts - 30 gr.
- Salt to taste
Prepare raw vegetables according to the list.
Peel the carrots from the top layer using a vegetable peeler. Shred it with a special Korean style carrot blade. Place the slices in a deep container.
Remove the skin from raw beets. Grate the vegetable on the same grater, add to the carrots.
Peel green apples. Clean the inside of the seeds. Chop apple pulp in the same way as vegetables.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, season with sour cream, lightly sprinkle with salt.
Put the mixture in a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
During use, the salad can be drizzled with lemon juice in a small amount.
