A very unusual combination of pasta and vegetables in one dish - for those who are tired of pasta in its usual form - just sauce or with cheese.
They say that this dish comes from Poland, but why exactly from there I did not understand. Because of the cabbage? But cabbage is present in many national cuisines, so it cannot point to Poland in any way.
Even more so, although there is a hint, of course... But if the recipe had kale instead of cabbage, then we could talk about Italy.
And so ...
Let's assume that this dish was born by the international genius of cooks who had to feed hungry households, while feeding them satisfying, tasty and relatively cheap?
If you agree, then go ahead.
We take:
- 500 g minced meat (which one of your choice);
- A couple of onions;
- A couple of cloves of garlic;
- 500 grams of cabbage (white cabbage, but not very tough);
- A pack of pasta. Since we cut the cabbage into strips, tagliatelle or noodles go well;
- Frying oil;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
How we cook:
Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and send them to fry for a couple of minutes, then add the minced meat to them. Fry it until golden brown crumbly pieces.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and send it to the minced meat until tender.
Boil the pasta and - in a mixture of minced meat, cabbage, onion and garlic. Stir, salt, pepper, heat up if necessary for a couple of minutes ...
Bon Appetit!
