Homemade peach compote is a delicious and chic preparation that everyone will certainly like. In winter, such jars fly away with a bang, here not only children, but also adults are happy to connect. Compote is obtained with a pleasant peach flavor, moderately sweet, with a subtle distant sourness. The recipe is simple and unpretentious, everyone can handle it.
In winter, such a compote can adequately decorate any festive table. Believe me, store drinks will be left out. If you wish, you can emphasize the taste of the peach with any herbs or spices - it all depends on your tastes and imagination.

Ingredients:
Peaches - 3 pcs.
Water - 600 ml
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Description:
Prepare everything according to the list. For procurement, the most important thing is a properly prepared container. Wash a liter jar thoroughly with soda, and then sterilize it as you like. Boil the lid in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes.
Wash peaches well, dry, cut into slices. Remove and discard pits.
Transfer the peach slices to a sterile jar.
Bring clean water to a boil, pour it into a jar of peaches and cover the neck with a lid. You can wrap it in a blanket and leave to steam for 10 minutes.
After a while, gently drain the water and boil for a couple of minutes. Then return it to peaches again. Repeat the steaming procedure for another 10 minutes.
Drain the water one last time into the pot. Now add sugar, boil for a couple of minutes, until the crystals dissolve. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
Quickly pour the compote over the steamed peaches, immediately roll up the lid and place upside down.
Cover immediately with a warm blanket and leave alone for 24 hours.
After the time has passed, remove the peach compote in the pantry.
