Step by step recipe for cooking

Ingredients:

  • Pork chops pitted - 6 pcs. (120 g each)
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces.
  • Flour - 1.5 Art. l. + For obvalivaniya
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil - for frying
  • Tonkatsu sauce

Preparation:

Step 1

Repel the pork slices on both sides. Lightly salt and pepper.

In a small bowl whisk two large eggs.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour and mix well with the egg.

The meat rolled in flour on both sides.

Dips each chop in the egg mixture.

Shake off excess egg.

Dip pork chops in Panko bread crumbs on both sides.

Fried in hot oil until golden brown.
