An interesting recipe for a pork chop in a crispy crust with an original sauce.
Step by step recipe for cooking
Ingredients:
- Pork chops pitted - 6 pcs. (120 g each)
- Large eggs - 2 pieces.
- Flour - 1.5 Art. l. + For obvalivaniya
- Panko bread crumbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil - for frying
- Tonkatsu sauce
Preparation:
Step 1
Repel the pork slices on both sides. Lightly salt and pepper.

In a small bowl whisk two large eggs.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour and mix well with the egg.

The meat rolled in flour on both sides.
step 4
Dips each chop in the egg mixture.
step 5
Shake off excess egg.
step 6
Dip pork chops in Panko bread crumbs on both sides.
step 7
Fried in hot oil until golden brown.
step 8
Served with slaw and sauce Tonkatsu.
