Zucchini - 1 pc.

Champignons - 250 g

Red onion - 1 pc.

Italian herbs - 1 tsp

Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Corn oil - 1-2 tablespoons

Prepare ingredients. Choose a young zucchini, with tender seeds and soft skin. Preheat the oven immediately, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Rinse the zucchini, dry it, cut it lengthwise into two parts. Cut each half into small wedges.

If desired, replace champignons with any mushrooms. Wash them thoroughly, dry them, cut into plates. Do not grind it, it is better to cut the mushrooms into larger segments.

Peel and rinse the onion, cut into half rings.

Mix all vegetables with your hands and send to a heat-resistant container. Then add Italian herbs, granulated garlic, salt, pepper to them. Pour corn oil over everything. Then with your hands, preferably with gloves, mix everything.

Bake vegetables for 25 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the sample, if necessary, increase the cooking time by 5-7 minutes.
