Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 80 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Butter - 50 grams
Milk - 6 tablespoons
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon to taste
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
Salt - a pinch
Berries - 50 grams
Course of action:
I prepare the necessary products.
Berries can be used fresh, frozen or dried. It is permissible to replace them with chocolate drops or nuts.
The oatmeal was ground with a hand blender to a flour condition.
Melted butter in a bowl. I use a microwave for this purpose. 10-15 seconds is enough. I added sugar, milk, eggs and beat the mixture lightly with a whisk.
Mixed oatmeal flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
Combined liquid and dry ingredients.
I kneaded the dough. I left it on for 10 minutes so that the flakes absorb moisture and swell.
Ceramic mugs smeared with a drop of vegetable oil.
I distributed the dough into circles. Fill them in no more than 2/3.
I added the berries, slightly drowning them in the dough. I put the mugs with the contents in the microwave. At the maximum power (800 W), the muffins were baked for 3 minutes.
When serving, she decorated the dessert with powdered sugar and berries.
Lazy microwave-cooked muffins are ready.
And a little about impressions. I can't say that the taste of the cupcakes delighted me. This recipe has its pros and cons. Not time consuming, fast, fairly simple and inexpensive products. The dessert rises well and has a nice porous structure. But, in my opinion, it tastes a little dry. Although if the cupcakes are soaked syrup or served with yogurt / chocolate sauce, this can be corrected.
