Pork - 300 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 1 pc.
Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all products according to the list. Choose a piece of pork lean.
Rinse and dry the meat. Cut it into small pieces using a sharp knife. Transfer the slices to a plate.
Peel the onion, rinse. Cut the onion into small cubes. You can also grind it in a blender bowl. Add the onion slices to the meat.
Drive the chicken egg into a container with all the ingredients.
Then add a serving of wheat flour. Season the minced meat with salt and salt. Pour in dry garlic. You can also add spices to your liking.
