If ordinary cutlets are boring and a little tired, we will prepare chopped pork cutlets - this option is many times tastier and more aromatic. We choose fresh meat for the recipe, preferring either a tenderloin or a chop. You can cook such cutlets not only in a pan, but also bake in the oven.

Chopped cutlets can be served with various side dishes - potatoes, as well as any porridge, spaghetti, or ordinary vegetables - fresh, salty, are perfect here.

Pork - 300 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Flour - 2 tablespoons

Onions - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1 tsp

Prepare all products according to the list. Choose a piece of pork lean.
