In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Saturday we held rich, but I did not tell you a single article, decided to relax and have a normal day. I'll tell you right now about the two-day weekend.

On Saturday, after breakfast, we went to the cinema. All cinemas far from us, so we love to go early in the afternoon sessions, so you could spend the remaining time productively.

We watched Ford vs. Ferrari. We liked the film, but these movies I like to watch at home. In my opinion it is necessary to go to the cinema to movies with special effects, visually sophisticated and bright.

I decided that Saturday afternoon I will download. No counting calories. And according to tradition - sushi. We love them very much.

Still surprised that you can safely eat sushi, for example, and lose weight? I no longer wonder and my minus 57 kg - proof. And lately I often allow myself those days, download, and weight goes.

Because calorie deficit really works! And you can even afford a glass of little white.

But almost all the Sunday I spent at home and somehow not really rested.

Relax on a Saturday, Sunday back to counting calories and deficit. And not any compunction about eaten yesterday!

Breakfast - sandwiches Darnitsky bread (70 g) with curd cheese (25 g), pink salmon and salted (60 g). Green tea with jasmine.

AND my breakfast was 300 kcal.

Sunday dawned me some muddled. I went to the store in the morning and walk a little.

Returning home a snack kiwi - 190 grams - 90 kcal. Drank tea.

For lunch boiled buckwheat (150 g boiled) and chicken breast in cream sauce (about 200 g) and little cherry tomatoes. I get dinner on 360 kcal.

Good thing I still like the chicken in a creamy sauce and buckwheat. All were satisfied and not have to cook something separate for lunch.

Before I could take a break from dinner as he had to go for a long time to cook conceived curd cheesecake with berries. The berries are defrosted - no turning back.
