Traditionally, lagman is prepared from lamb, but other types of meat are often used to achieve a variety in taste. The proposed recipe involves the use of pork. Such a lagman turns out to be very rich and satisfying. As vegetables, we take a standard set, which, if desired, can be supplemented. Soup noodles must be cooked separately, they are added to the soup just before serving.

Ingredients:
Pork - 600 gr.
Noodles - 200 gr.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Leeks - 30 gr.
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 150 gr.
Vegetable oil - 20 ml.
Water - 1.5 liters.
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Greens - 20 gr.
How to cook:
Prepare all the food you need. Peel and wash the vegetables.
Cut the carrots into 4 longitudinal parts, then cut into slices. Cut the onions into cubes. Free the pepper from the seeds, chop into squares.
Place a large frying pan on the stove, grease the surface with oil, add a shredder of vegetables. Cook the mixture for about 2 minutes until tender.
Rinse the pork, cut into medium-sized pieces, add to the vegetables. After the meat is slightly browned, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add more oil if necessary.
Cut the tomatoes into random slices, the leek into half rings or rings. Load the prepared ingredients into a pan with the main composition, mix, simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste and a glass of water. Spread the paste over the liquid by stirring, boil the mixture for a few more minutes.
Peel potato tubers, cut into cubes.
Transfer the contents of the pan into the pan, place the potatoes there, mix.
Pour in water, independently adjusting the density you need. Boil the dish, salt and simmer over low heat for the next 30 minutes.
Boil the noodles separately until they are al dente, which is 5 minutes less than the time indicated on the package.
Put the noodles in a plate for everyone, fill it with a soup with vegetables and pork, add herbs.
Home-style pork lagman is ready.
