When serving spaghetti, the main role is played by their supplemented sauce. After all, it is he who makes the paste of a certain taste. Spaghetti sauces can be very diverse - from tomato to creamy. Today we are preparing a creamy cheese sauce with garlic. Thanks to him, the taste of the pasta will become softer, it will have an amazing aroma.
A cream-based sauce is being prepared, it is better to take a high-fat product. It is served warm, because after cooling it becomes quite thick. By the way, it tolerates reheating very well.
Be sure to take note of the recipe. Creamy spaghetti sauce is prepared very quickly, does not require special cooking skills.

Ingredients:
Cream 20% - 250 ml.
Flour - 3 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Butter - 30 gr.
Hard cheese - 50 gr.
Salt - 0.3 tsp
Ground pepper - 0.2 tsp
Nutmeg - pinch
Dill - 10 gr.
How to cook:
Prepare all the foods on the list. The sauce can be cooked in a saucepan or in a pan.
Set the container to low heat, put butter inside.
When melted, dip the garlic slices into it. Fry them for just a minute, then remove. Garlic will only add flavor without adding to the sauce itself. The fire must be kept to a minimum so that the oil does not burn.
Add flour, stirring frequently. Fry it until golden brown. Half a minute will be enough, as the flour may burn.
Pour in the cream in a thin stream. They should be at room temperature (most importantly, not cold). Stir the mixture regularly with a whisk.
Season the sauce with pepper, nutmeg and salt. Stir.
The mixture will begin to thicken instantly. Do not stop stirring to avoid lumps.
Grind the cheese. Pour the cheese shavings into the already thick sauce, continue stirring.
Rinse the dill, dry it, chop it and add it to the sauce. Boil the mixture, remove from heat, stir it for a while.
The creamy sauce is ready, you can immediately add it to the spaghetti.
