Orange kefir pie with berries

Ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, orange, eggs, honey, thick kefir, butter, currants

Cooking method:

Remove the zest from an orange and squeeze out the juice. We need 70 ml of juice. ⚠️ If there is not enough orange juice, then you can add store-bought juice or water up to 70 ml. 🔰 Mix all dry ingredients and add zest. Mix.

Add liquid honey to the eggs and mix with a whisk. 🔰 Then pour in orange juice and kefir. Mix well.

Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients. Add melted butter immediately. 🔰Mix the dough until smooth. You can do this with a whisk. I used a mixer. The dough should have the consistency of sour cream, be slightly fluid, but the marks from the spoon should spread slowly. If the dough is liquid, you need to add a tablespoon of flour.

Grease a 22 cm mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. I covered it with paper. 🔰 Pour the dough, smooth it out. 🔰 Sprinkle berries on top and press them lightly. 🔰 Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes until a dry splinter.
