For the recipe, we need champignons, chicken fillets and potatoes, which are better boiled in advance. You will also need delicious pickled cucumbers. We will season the salad with mayonnaise, but good sour cream is also perfect here, with it the dish will turn out to be lighter.

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 250 g
Champignons - 150 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Prepare all products according to the list.
Peel the onion. Rinse and dry. After the onion, cut into half rings, you can dice - as you like.
Wash, dry and cut the champignons into large segments. Heat a frying pan in parallel, grease with a little oil.
Transfer the onions and mushrooms to the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes - evaporate the juice, and lightly brown the champignons with onion slices.
Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes and put in a bowl. Chop the cucumbers too, but not coarsely. Add the cucumber slices to the salad bowl.
Cool the fried mushrooms slightly, add to the salad to the rest of the ingredients.
Boil chicken fillet in salted water, cool it in the same place. Cut the chicken into medium chunks or fiber. Then transfer to a salad bowl.
Season all the ingredients of the dish with mayonnaise / sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Stir, remove sample.
Ready salad with chicken and fried mushrooms can be immediately served to the table, laid out on beautiful plates and not forgetting to add a few slices of loaf or your favorite garnish your family.
