Prebiosweet, 🌼 For impregnation:, Water, Sweetener, I have 1 ml. Prebiosweet, 🌼 For cream: Soft cottage cheese 5%, Skimmed milk powder, Sweetener, I have 5 ml. Prebiosweet, 🌼 For watering:, Chocolate b / s, I have Red milk (383 kcal), Milk 2.5%, 🌼 For sprinkling:, Hazelnut

Cooking method:

Dry milk, stirring constantly, fry in a pan until brown. Grind the fried mixture in a coffee grinder to a powdery consistency.

We will have a cake from two different cakes, so we will knead and cook from them separately. Divide 2 eggs into protein and yolk. Whisk egg whites with 5 g. sweetener to strong peaks. Add to the yolks: 50 g. rice flour, 40 g applesauce, 10 g fried and crushed milk powder, a teaspoon of baking powder and mix everything.

In several passes, add the proteins to the yolk mass and gently mix with a spatula from the bottom up.

We transfer the finished dough into a baking dish, I have 16 cm and put it in a hot oven for 180 ° and 20 minutes. Readiness is determined with a toothpick. We take out of the form and cool.

For the second cake, we also separate the whites and yolks. Whip egg whites with sweetener. Add to yolks: 50 g. flour, 40 g. puree, 10 g carob / cocoa, a teaspoon of baking powder and mix everything. Then we repeat the same steps as with the previous shortbread.

For impregnation, mix water and sweetener, for cream, mix 40 g. previously fried milk powder, cottage cheese and sweetener.

Cut the light cake in half and pour over the impregnation.

We coat the lower part with cream (~ 150 g), cover it with the upper one and press it a little. Top with 50 g. cream.

Cut the chocolate chip into cubes. Dip them in cream and spread them on a light cake, forming a slide. We coat the cake with the remaining cream on top and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Break the chocolate into pieces, pour over the milk and melt with pulses in the microwave, stirring constantly. Cool slightly, pour over our cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. We put it in the refrigerator for solidification of chocolate and final impregnation. Bon appetit 😋.
