Ingredients: Sprats, Bread (preferably gray), Processed Cream Cheese, Prunes, Garlic, Mayonnaise
Cooking method:
Prepare ingredients. Open a jar of sprats and, if there is a lot of sauce in them, tip the sprats into a strainer (colander), let them swell. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse with cold water, dry with a viscose cloth. Remove the processed cheese from packaging (taste at your discretion). Rinse the prunes, pour boiling water over, let stand for 10 minutes, transfer to the swelling in a colander (strainer). Prepare other ingredients.
Pass the garlic cloves through the garlic press, crush the cheese with a fork (mine is soft, and if it is harder, you can grate it in the freezer for a little while). Combine these ingredients, add mayonnaise and mix well.
Cut into slices of rectangular bread (circles can be used with improvised means), spread with a spread, put prunes on top, on which to place sprats. And - delicious sandwiches are ready! Serve as a snack. Bon appetit๐! ๐
