An excellent recipe for making hearty and rich meat soup with pumpkin and vegetable mixture, which will pleasantly surprise you with its wonderful taste!

Thick meat soup with vegetables

Ingredients: Meat (beef + pork), Vegetable mix, Pumpkin, Onion, Water, Dried herbs, Bay leaf, Pepper mix, Salt

Cooking method:

Pour 1.2 liters of cold water into a saucepan set on the stove, after which we put 500 grams of beef meat on the bones into it and pieces of pork, then cover the pan with a lid and bring the water to a boil over high heat, then remove the resulting foam.

Add 1/4 head of onion to the pan with meat and cover it with a lid and cook the meat on the lowest heat of the stove for 1 hour.

We cut 150 grams of pumpkin into a small cube and put it in a common pan, after removing it from it boiled onions, then put 500 grams of vegetable mixture into a common pan and mix all the ingredients. Cover the pot with a lid and bring all the ingredients to a boil over high heat.

We mix all the ingredients in a saucepan with each other, then cover it with a lid and continue to cook the soup on the minimum heat of the stove for 15 minutes. Pour the cooked soup into serving bowls and serve. Bon appetit, dear friends!

After boiling, switch the stove to the minimum temperature and pour salt into the pan to taste, add 1 tablespoon of dried herbs, 2 bay leaves and a mixture of ground peppers to taste.
