Bright, juicy and very useful salad with radishes

It's time to fresh greens and vegetables coming. You can enjoy one of them.

Salad of radish and cucumber with egg

Ingredients:

10 pieces. radish
2 cucumbers
a bundle of green onions
2 eggs
4 tbsp. l. yogurt or sour
2 tbsp. l. not refined vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Green onions chopped, add salt, stir, mix with yogurt or yogurt. Add sunflower oil.

Cook hard-boiled eggs. Then cool and clean.
Cut into fairly large pieces of eggs.
In radish remove the tails and tops.
Grind the radishes into thin slices. The same slices cut cucumber.
Salt cucumbers and radishes. Pour dressing green onions with yogurt and butter.
Season with pepper and arrange on plates.
Sprinkle chopped eggs and serve.

Salad radish with pickled cucumbers

Ingredients:

5-7 pcs. radish
4 pickled cucumber
1 PC. red onion
2-3 pc. boiled potatoes
1 h. l. mustard
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
parsley
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Radish Wash, peel and cut into thin slices.
Onion peel and chop half rings.
Boiled potatoes peeled cut in half and then sliced.

Green onions and parsley to wash and dry. Cut in small pieces.
Mix all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.

To connect the filling oil with mustard, sour cream, salt and black pepper.
Dress the salad with the sauce and leave for 5 minutes to impregnate.

Cabbage salad with radish and mint

Ingredients for the salad:

250 gr. cabbage
5-6 pieces. radish
5-7 pcs. cherry tomatoes
cucumber
2 sprigs fresh mint (optionally can be replaced by basil)

For the filling:

4 tbsp. l. olive oil
0.5 hours. l. Sahara
1 h. l. salt without slides

Preparation:

Wash, dry vegetables and herbs.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, lightly grind hands.

In radish cut off the tips and tops. Then cut into strips.
Cucumbers and chop the strips or grate.
Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Mint or other herbs to taste finely chopped.

To connect the filling oil with salt and sugar, slightly heated on a water bath to completely dissolve them. Cool.

Combine in a salad bowl vegetables and herbs. Dress the salad with sauce and mix everything.
