Recently, I have come across the fact that people see only what they want to see. And how not to paint, how not to explain further, but if a person is hooked on certain words that excite him very much, he does not will see nothing more and will certainly give a different meaning to everything written by me, the meaning that is more understandable to him, which is his worries.
Recently, I wrote in an article that it is often on weekends that many slimming people get out of control the diet and all their efforts during the week go down the drain, because the calorie content is exceeded nutrition. And this happens often, due to the fact that on weekends we like to reward ourselves with food, letting go of food and absorbing everything and exceeding your weekly calorie intake.
I turned to everyone who is getting slimmer, but have not yet learned to control themselves and urged to keep themselves in hand (who is interested, will find an article on the channel dated November 16).
But then I was accused of doing the same myself. And that I'm not on weight maintenance, but on a deficit, because during the week I leave free calories on the day off. In general, all around is deception.
The fact that a person does not understand the difference in deficit and maintenance, and that there may be a deficit within a day, but the norm within a week, month, year is a separate issue.
And I just want to say that inattention, stereotypes that are deeply embedded in us, unwillingness to see what we do not want to see are playing a cruel joke with us.
Food is the most affordable pleasure and deny yourself it, especially if this food fits into the framework of KBZHU - I don't see the point, otherwise it's not far from the breakdown. Why do we need breakdowns when we can act smarter?
My appeal was to those who still did not learn to control myself, did not learn a flexible approach to nutrition, who is in the process of losing weight and cannot resist on the day off from not eating everything that was not eaten during the working week, exceeding your weekly calorie intake. Because this way the result in losing weight cannot be achieved.
Moderation should be in everything, moderation!
And once again, I'll show you how my Sunday goes when I spend the calories that I accumulated during the work week.

For breakfast - lazy khachapuri, which I made from 100 g of cottage cheese 9%, chicken eggs, 35 g of whole grain rice flour, 40 g of cheese. Fried in 3 sprays of butter from a spray bottle (less than 2 g), as well as coffee with milk (60 g) and syrup (20 g)
Breakfast 605 kcal.

As a snack today it was just cocoa: 300 g of milk 2.5, 15 g of cocoa - 210 kcal.
For lunch, I fried potatoes with mushrooms and onions in a little oil. I counted everything.
My lunch turned out to be 610 kcal - that's 330 g of potatoes.
How long have I eaten fried potatoes. Probably no more than 1 time in a couple of months I allow myself such a dish, but I allow it, if I really want it, within the framework of calorie intake.
And for dinner I prepared a salad "Sea" from the recipes that the readers shared for the New Year.
I chose this salad because I wanted to try it for a long time.
270 g of salad, dressed with 20 g of mayonnaise - 480 kcal.
I use mayonnaise for the first time in many months, because I want to try the salad with the original dressing.
The result is 1905 kcal.
Taking into account the fact that during the working week I have collected about 500 free calories, I have completely met my weekly calorie intake and still have a little left for Sunday.
As you can see, the free calories that I accumulated in a week, I spent mainly on one meal, arranging a kind of cheat meal with fried potatoes, as well as coffee and cocoa, which I pampered myself with (drinks are taken with them a lot calories).
But it’s not about eating everything all day and ending up eating more than my weekly calorie intake. No approaches for sweets, cookies, no teas with sandwiches during the day and the like.
All meals within the weekly calorie intake.
This is what I urge you to do.
If you are going to arrange a cheat meal for yourself (especially on maintenance), then within the framework of a weekly calorie intake, showing moderation in food, and not arranging a feast for the whole world.
