Chicken roll with mushrooms and nuts

Amazing triple meal and a great cold appetizer!

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of chicken (carcass)
100 gr. mushroom
50 oz. cheese
Article 0.5. walnut kernels
onion
1 slice wheat bread
Article 0.5. milk
salt
pepper
greens
vegetable oil

Preparation:


1. Chicken carcass wash and dry.

2. To separate the skin from the flesh, so to get here is a one-piece.

3. Bread pour warm milk.

Swollen bread wring out and put in a large bowl.

4. With bone chicken cut all the meat and pass it through a meat grinder.

5. Onion cut and fried in vegetable oil.

5. Add to the onions and fry minced together. Add salt and season with pepper.

6. Fried minced meat with onions grind into a puree using a blender or grinder.

7. Mushrooms washed and cut into several pieces. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil, salt.

8. Cheese grate. Chop greens.

7. Combine stuffing with mushrooms, cheese and herbs.

8. Skin the chicken and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Spread out on the skin stuffing and roll it into a roll. It is possible to put a layer of minced meat on the skin, and a layer of fungi. It will puff roll with mushrooms.

Sew edge roll thread or use toothpicks.

9. Lay baking foil and brush with oil.

10. Put a roll on a baking sheet. Lubricate the any roll skin oil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees 30 minutes.

Tip: roll will be tastier and more dense, if not fry minced and used raw. Then the cooking time roll changes - bake it must be no less than 40 minutes.
