Breakfast I have today is simple - fried eggs and a sandwich with avocado and cod pate on whole grain bread.

Vitaminki and green tea with jasmine - it is a tradition of my breakfast.

For breakfast I had 455 kcal.

Cup of green tea I drank slowly the work. At some point, without noticing I ate a piece of chocolate 75% of apparently required organism feeding agent SEROV).

A piece of chocolate 10g - 55kkal.

at snack I have today a large sour-sweet apple. Remember that losing weight is better to use just such apples? Here you can read about apples and weight loss.

Apple is about 200g - 100kkal.

In between work - a little exercise - just 30 minutes to maintain muscle tone.

dinner tonight I have easy-to-prepare, delicious and hearty.

Whole wheat spaghetti with vegetables and shrimp in cream sauce and a little low-fat cheese. Let me remind you that I am currently spaghetti cook no more than 50 grams in dry form, and use them only in the morning.

Lunch - 300 calories.

At dinner - baked sea bass with lemon juice and broccoli puree - 290 kcal.

Here is my menu today. Satisfying and, in my view, varied. However, little is not enough protein in the diet, and with fats and carbohydrates all right!)

By the way, placing the menu every day, I write that she lost 33 kg. And just today I realized that I figure it's another! Minus 34 kg!).
And soon Friday and checkweighing. I wonder what the figure waiting for me on the scales? whether it plummets or may even gain. Or the weight will be on the spot... oh how I do not want to catch another plateau - the stagnation of weight ...)
Generally I get on average per month to bid farewell to three kilograms of excess weight. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Well noted that the smaller the weight, the harder it is to get rid of it.. (
