Today I want to share a recipe for homemade cookies "Special". Such cookies are baked for exactly 10 minutes. I found the recipe in a culinary magazine "for an encore", when I cooked it I immediately realized that the name really corresponds to the given cookie. I recommend to cook 2 servings at once so that everyone has enough

Recipe:

Flour -220g

Baking powder -10g (1.5 tsp.)

Milk -6 tbsp.

Butter -80g

Sugar -2 tbsp.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Walnuts -50-80g

Raisins -50-80g

COOKING METHOD

First, melt 80 grams of butter.

Sift 220 grams of flour into a bowl, add baking powder to the flour, I add 10 grams, add 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt and mix. Now pour in the melted butter and add 6 tbsp. milk. We knead the dough.

If suddenly the dough does not collect well in a lump, add more milk. I didn't need it anymore. We put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or for 15 minutes in the freezer.


During this time, we will prepare the filling. Pour 50 grams of raisins with hot water, let it swell, rinse and dry, chop 50 grams of walnuts with a knife.

We take out the dough and roll out a rectangle, since the dough needs to be rolled out thinly, I put it on cling film folded in 2 layers, so the dough is easily rolled out to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
Put raisins and nuts filling on one half of the layer, cover with the other half, cover with foil and roll it into a rectangle almost the same as it was originally.

Now we cut into squares. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for exactly 10 minutes.

The main thing here is not to overexpose, so that the cookies remain soft.
As you can see, the ingredients are the most common, but the biscuits taste special.

By the way, as a filling, you can take everything that is, seeds, candied fruits, flax seeds, dried apricots, prunes, poppy seeds.
