Recipe:
- fresh cucumber -2 pcs
- eggs -4 pcs
- corn -1 b
- crab sticks -200 gr
Homemade mayonnaise:
- vegetable oil -200 ml
- egg -1 pc
- mustard "Haas" -1 tsp
- lemon juice -1 tsp
- sugar -1 tsp
- salt -1/2 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
Cut 2 fresh cucumbers into cubes, boil 4 eggs and cut into cubes, cut crab sticks 200 grams, put everything in a bowl and mix, season with mayonnaise
I have homemade mayonnaise with a classic Provence flavor.
Pour 200 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg to make mayonnaise 100 percent, oil and eggs should be at room temperature.
Add 1 tsp. sugar, half tsp salt and add 1 tsp. mustard, choose good quality mustard, the taste of mayonnaise will depend on it.
We lower the submersible blender onto the egg and start beating, slowly raise the blender and beat until thickened. Now add 1 tsp. lemon juice and beat again, everything will take about 1-2 minutes. Mayonnaise is ready
We dress the salad or serve in portions, put in salad bowls, mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with green onions.
