Ingredients: Potato, Bacon, Canned Corn, Cream or Milk, Onion, Butter butter, vegetable oil, water, wheat flour, garlic, honey, dry thyme, bay leaf, salt, black pepper
Cooking method:
Cut the bacon into cubes, melt the plum in a saucepan. Butter.
Add chopped bacon to the pan, stir and sauté until golden brown.
Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the bacon, add sunflower oil.
Fry onion and bacon until golden brown.
Finely chop the garlic. Add flour and garlic to the pot. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Pour warm water slowly into the saucepan, stirring constantly.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, bring the bacon water to a boil and toss the potatoes and corn into the pot.
When the water boils again, add spices.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender.

Separate half of the soup and grind it in a blender, add the resulting puree back to the pan.
Add cream (milk) and honey, mix well.
