Any meat can be cooked this way! Not a piece remains! Deliciously delicious and extremely simple. The festive table is what you need. When we tried it for the first time, the name was born by itself! Try it and you will also say: "This is great!"

COOKING:
I cut the meat into pieces about a centimeter thick. You can take any meat!
Transfer to a suitable container, add tomato paste and black pepper. I mix well. I don’t salt! Instead of pasta, you can use tomato sauce. I put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Then I take the meat out of the refrigerator, salt it and put it on a baking sheet. I use a silicone mat, but you can use regular baking paper too.
I mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Dijon mustard in a separate plate, add grated garlic.
I spread this mixture on each piece of meat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
I put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. It turns out sooo appetizing, juicy and insanely tasty meat. Even the chicken fillet remains juicy with this cooking method!

• Pork (any meat is possible) - 1 kg
• Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• French mustard - 1 tbsp.
• Garlic - 2 teeth.
• Hard cheese - 150 g
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
