Very soft, fragrant and, of course, a delicious loaf with poppy seeds, which I often cook for Easter. Sometimes I cook it just for tea. I really like it a combination of poppy and spices.
Dry yeast (7 g) pour warm milk. Mixed well, the yeast is completely dissolved. I add half a cup of sugar, 130 g of melted butter, 8 g of vanilla sugar and mix. Gradually add the sifted flour (total 500-600 g).
I cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes. The dough should rise slightly.
Board sprinkle the sifted flour and passed on to her dough. I kneaded that it is no longer stick to hands. The dough took less flour, grease the hands with vegetable oil. I gather the dough into a ball and leave it on the board under a towel for 15 minutes. Until the dough "rest" zaparivat poppy. After 15 minutes, I start to roll out the dough.
Spread the dough on a thin layer of poppy, brown sugar and spices (I cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and vanilla. I turn roll.
The resulting roll shift on baking, the laid paper baking. I connect the ends of the roll. Scissors make an incision at an equal distance from each other.
I put in a preheated 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).
It decorates with glaze. Top - sprinkling.
