Recipe Zrazy (classic recipe)

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 900 g
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc
Onions - 2 pcs
Wheat flour - 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 150 ml
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper, spices - to taste
Bread crumbs - 100 g

Preparation:

1. Chicken fillet carefully and my obsushivayut paper towels. Cut into small pieces.

2. Potatoes purify and fill small amount of cold saline water.

Then boil it for 20 minutes after boiling.

3. Onions cleanse and finely chop.

4. On a hot vegetable oil (50 ml) with meat fried onion until fully cooked.

6. Fried meat with onion salt and pepper to taste. After a meat grinder twist two times. Filling is ready.

7. Gaining a tablespoon of mashed potatoes heaped together, roll into a ball and lightly priplyuskivaem it.
In the middle lay a tablespoon of minced meat (not too full).

8. Vyleplivaem edge, as usual pies and carefully attach an oval shape.
Rolled in breadcrumbs on all sides.

9. Fry zrazy at moderate heat in a well-heated oil until golden brown.

Ready zrazy remove from the pan.
Spread on a plate and serve warm with sour cream and herbs.
