To make a delicious sour cream sauce for chicken at home, take the foods listed. The assortment of fresh herbs varies, choose according to the season: fragrant, juicy, versatile in aroma and sharpness.
I note that the sauce is ideal for dressing various fresh vegetable salads, easily "works" as a dip for raw root crops, tortillas and chips.
We crush the nut kernels. Dry them in advance over an overhead fire or in the oven, without a drop of fat, then the nutty flavor will intensify and the sauce itself will become more appetizing, richer. You can grind it with a pestle, rubbing and releasing the oil, to small crumbs or larger fragments - the sour cream sauce will get texture, graininess.
Throw a large portion of fresh herbs to the chopped nuts - after washing, chop the branches of basil, dill, parsley or other suitable herb. If vegetation is not too tender / young, use only leaves (remove stems).
