Today I have for breakfast sandwiches again. I like the way to lunch, that's at least what to do with me).

Sandwiches on whole grain bread with fish pate and tomato. I have not forgotten about the capsule and the Omega - 3. And, of course, a cup of green tea!)

Breakfast - 350kkal.

Morning stroll. One and a half hour walk - minus the calories. Weather is still some sort of incomprehensible and wanted to get home quickly and still had to go to shop for gifts for the New Year).

Snack at 11:00 persimmon - 50kkal and drank green tea with a small piece of dark chocolate 75% - 55kkal.

For lunch I had - cooked yesterday chicken breast ala on - French with boiled buckwheat. Again - saving time, plus you can consider the menu for the day ahead, to know exactly how many calories to distribute meals.

The buckwheat, I add a few drops of linseed oil - and useful and tasty.

Lunch - 400kkal.

The main thing not to forget even the oil droplets enter into KBZHU.

Otherwise, you can go through with calories. This will lead to what you think, what you eat with a deficit of calories, and weight will be on the spot. Because in reality, you gain more calories, putting a bite of something, try or taste, forgetting about oil, added to the dish and so on. All the pieces, the samples we add yourself more calories!

For dinner, a delicious and hearty salad I turned: With tomatoes, Chinese cabbage, grilled chicken breast and cheese. Garlic and pepper - to taste, a little salt and season with linseed oil.

If you look at my previous menu, you will see that I use products that are currently the time available in the house and not to buy every day new products that each day was my menu different.

In my opinion all this nonsense in the realities of our lives. Since childhood, most of us are accustomed to, that my mother was cooking for a few days. How else? All work, all tired and it's not up the daily diversity. Not in the restaurant.

That's what I am preparing for a few days, saving both time and money on products.
