Juicy and mouth-watering vegetable stew in a multicooker will be the perfect dish for both lunch and dinner. It will be enjoyed by those who exclude meat and fish from their diet.
Vegetables are stewed in their own juice, enveloped in each other's aromas and tastes. If you wish, you can add some ground spices and seasoning at the end of cooking, compressed cloves of garlic if you like spicy flavor notes. Also, don't forget about fresh dill, parsley, or leafy celery. But do not add cilantro - it will give the stew a slight astringency.
The variety of vegetable oil will not play a special role. Olive, sunflower, corn - you can use any, but it should be odorless so as not to interrupt the aroma of the dish.

Ingredients:
Tomato - 4 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs. (large)
Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
Zucchini - 1 pc. (large)
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 0.5 tablespoons
Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Rinse the zucchini in water, cut off the ends and cut the vegetable into medium-sized half rings. If the fruit is late or overripe, peel off the skin and cut out the seeds. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into large half rings.
Remove seeds from bell peppers, rinse inside and out. Then cut into large pieces. Peel and wash the carrots. Cut it into medium half rings.
Cut cores out of tomatoes, rinse vegetables in water, cut into two or four pieces, depending on their size.
Pour all the slices into the multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil there. Season the contents with salt and pepper. Add other seasonings or spices to taste. No need to stir!
Activate the "Stew" or "Vegetables" mode on the vehicle board for 30 minutes. This time will be enough for all vegetables to be steamed and cooked.
After the beep, carefully open the cover of the appliance. At this point, you can pour the chopped garlic clove or press it through a special gadget directly into the bowl and mix gently.
Leave the dish for 2-3 minutes under the lid on steaming in the heating mode.
Place the multicooker vegetable stew into bowls and serve. The dish is delicious both hot and cold.
